Nepal Bharat Polytechnic Institute, established in 1998 A.D. (2055 B.S.), is a prominent technical institution located in Makwanpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal. The institute is constituted institute under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal, and is committed to providing quality technical and vocational education in line with national standards.

The institute offers diploma-level program in Mechanical Engineering, along with other short term technical and vocational courses as per CTEVT guidelines. These programs are designed to develop skilled, competent, and industry-ready human resources through a balanced approach of theoretical instruction and practical training.

Nepal Bharat Polytechnic Institute is equipped with well-managed laboratories, workshops, and teaching-learning facilities. With a team of qualified and experienced instructors, the institute emphasizes hands-on learning, innovation, discipline, and professional ethics.

At present, the physical infrastructure of the institute is under development. The construction of buildings and related facilities is being carried out with the financial assistance of the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
